Manages our wholesale property sales for large international property investment firms. John has extensive knowledge of Detroit real estate and has been in Detroit real estate investing for a decade

 

 

Antonio McBride-Managing Housing Director

Has been involved in Detroit property investing for over 10 years. In the last 10 years, Antonio has helped hundreds of property investors from all over USA get their own start in Detroit properties.

 

Marcus Burrell- Director of Sales 

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BA in Economics. Currently, Mr. Burrell is an accomplished real estate investor based in Southfield, MI. He currently holds his Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health certifications. Mr. Burrell has served as the Vice President of Burrell Rental Homes, a residential real estate investment firm. In this capacity, he was charged with overall acquisition, improvement and     management of the company’s portfolio of properties. In this position, the firm increased the size of its portfolio by $2 million within 5 years strategically purchasing properties in Southeastern, MI.

Property Management (In House)

Our in house property management team executes the  tenant selection, placement, and screening process for our international clients. With over 15 years of property management experience in Detroit, our in house team has built a big network of relationships with all the major housing agencies in Detroit to ensure our clients’ properties are consistently filled.

 

Quiana Brown- New Client Manager

Her responsibilities include welcoming our new international clients as they start building their Detroit property portfolio and helping them learn Property Ware, our property management portal.

 

 

Chris Bagely- Project Manager

Oversees, the rehabilitation of all our properties making sure it passes all inspection code, including section 8. Chris has been a general contractor for the past seven years. He has the experience and knowledge to handle large volume of properties.

Dustin Barlow-Real Estate Sales Director

Is the newest member of the team, He has been an real estate agent for the past several years handling  multiple tasks as in property acquisition and marketing to overseas investors.
